Unfortunately we had to postpone the German Open 2009. Now the German Open will take place from 7th - to 9th of august 2009 in Bad Zwischenahn. We would be very happy to meet in Bad Zwischenahn many of the European crews, especially from Italy, France and Austria and of course from Germany! So in view of the date of the French National: the end of the German Open is close to the French National at St Malo, so it is a very good opportunity to combine the two events. Piccola Peste Decathlon wins the European Championship 2008 in Sanary-sur-Mer. The Italian skipper Fabio Mazzoni defended the title of European Champion with Sara Poci, Roberto Benedetti and his new bowman Mauro Dell'Oro. Adriano Vitali became second - he used to sail stable results like in Hyeres in 2005. The French Defunder confirmed its performance by taking a gun in the last race to settle on 3rd rank.
